In my experience very few US seniors travel up for drugs. In fact, you image is, in most cases, quite the opposite. In the US pharmacies is where you find the bullet proof glass and bars, at least much more frequently than in Canada... Over here a zombie could easily hop (or shamble, depending on your preferential zombie imagery) across the counter and get his Rx for brain-icillin if he so wished...
