Thank you muchly. Here are some more progress shots with some chained beasts. (I love my new lizard so he gets paraded out even though he isn't painted yet.)

Those were done by simply gluing squares of cardboard onto the foamboard. Though now I have tried the scoring, I'm thinking it would have been faster to just do that everywhere. |

my mother in law brought her jewelry making stuff up for the 4th and we just made some chain and jump rings! I have 3 4in lengths and an 8in length do you think I will need more than that? |

I guess that depends on what you intend to do with it.  I have ended up making two lengths of chain for linking gladiators together that are about 5 inches each, and then the chain for these beast pillars are maybe 6 inches each. I actually think I started a thread once for chain usage... maybe I will go resurrect that.
