I am looking for a good 54mm (ish) gladiator, preferably female, to use as a statue for a fountain at the center of my arena. I haven't had success finding one. Does anybody have any ideas?

http://www.pegasomodels.com/products_en.asp?idcat=32 these guys make some some great models, but they are euro based. (if that's an issue for you)

I also found bunch of nice 75mm Gladiators, but they all also appear to only be in the UK. They are also pretty pricey as well, even before shipping costs...

Edit:
Ebay also has some of the pegaso stuff at decent prices but limited selection... http://www.ebay.com/bhp/54mm-gladiators

Thanks, the murmillo would be a cool statue. Your eBay-fu was better than mine, I missed those when I looked.

Nice find (and good idea) will keep this in the back of my mind if I ever get around to my arena...

The female gladiator has the best statuesque pose, IMO.

You may want to check out www.reapermini.com/‎ they have some 54mm models, though I can't get on and look right now to say for sure that they have a female 54mm gladiator. It is pretty easy to search their site, so it shouldn't be too difficult to sort through them.

Though it might seem a bit too Dark Age European, their Monique De Noir could be a possibility.

Not female gladiators but still can be used as a statue inside our outside of an arena.

Pricey but you do get what you pay for.

Not as good, but good enough for a Bronze statue casting look

There was a great line of miniature I bought back in high school called Lead Warrior, based out of Russia.

They seem to have dropped the line, might be able to find some on Evil Bay.

Hasslefree have some very nice 40mm and 54mm models that may suit your purpose. Their sculptor has an amazing skill with sculpting the female form.
