RRG's own UgLove has confirmed on Reddit that Otho does *not* negate the added favor from abilities like those of Lupa and Leo. Their abilities do work against Otho.
On the topic of social media, I agree that it is pretty convient to have game nerd content on places like reddit and facebook if you are on there anyway. I'm not personally a reddit user for anything else though, so reddit is the place I only check when I happen to remember once in a while. I get facebook AR notes when I am on facebook anyway, but I still prefer the forums, because here, the content isn't drowned out by all the ads and other notifications and chat messages. Communication here feels more real and present to me, which is the reward for actually devoting brain space to the act of forum checking.
