So a situation came up where a fatigued Hokra was pushed into a pillar and became exhausted. From the attack she could activate her Disengage ability which allows a free Move Action. Question: can she take the Move action from Disengage in the exhausted state?

Hmm. I haven't seen this specifically addressed, but the way I read it, I would say yes.

Disengage is a special circumstance that is neither declaring an Action nor is it a Reaction. It is a special rule triggered by a card ability and whenever cards contradict the rules, the cards supersede it. It is why you are allowed to make an out-of-turn activation using Disengage in the first place.

I think I would agree. The errata states:

“Caveat: You may not declare an action with an exhausted model, even if it was your first (free) move action.”

Disengage just says "make a free Move Action". It doesn't say "declare". Since she's not declaring it, I don't think it matters that she is exhausted.

So somewhat unrelated issue. If an exhausted figure repositions away from a figure with Entangle (like Marcus Furius) Will the figure remain exhausted in its final position, if unengaged, or will it recover and just be fatigued.

I think an Exhausted model would actually not be able to reposition away from a model with Entangle because an Exhausted model cannot gain any additional Fatigue so it cannot meet the requirement to leave the enemy's engagement range... so it could only reposition within the engagement range... and would therefore not get to remove a Fatigue.

Agreed. I also see Entangle like adding an additional cost to be paid. If you can't pay the cost, you can't move away.
