Okay, so this basically can only happen with Leo and I guess Caho-Ta, but if you use them as living hazards and push them within 3" of another living hazard.... do they just trade blows until one dies? Honestly, I am 100% cool with this and hope to see more ways to make it happen because I think its awesome, but I just noticed it recently and was wondering if there's anything that would break the loop.

I don't think there's is anything explicitly stated in the rules to prevent that from happening... but I don't believe the rules were intended to have more than one Living Hazard in play.

I often play with two or even three Living Hazards and avoid this issue I just don't count them as models and therefore don't have them trigger each other.
It keeps the game cleaner, in my opinion.

I also play a game called Dungeonbowl with NPC monsters in the dungeon, using similar rules as in AR, and there, we tend to let the monsters fight it out.

But personally I would agree that as hazards, I think they are intended to be hazardous to the cohorts battling in the arena, not to other hazards. So I feel like the most logical option is to say that they only move and attack against cohort models.
