As I understand it, you can't react to a wild attack, but you can react to Anum's skull ability, since you Anum's controller is actively taking an action with a beast. Wild attacks sort of just happen, agnostic of any player.

Wild attacks (and any compulsory movement they entail) are not declared, so they won't allow any reactions.

The movement should be adjudicated by the player resolving the attack (i.e. not the target), and should follow the same rules as a living hazard that has been triggered (shortest move, will go around if needed).
