Noxius 'Expendable' - This model may count as a member of any Ludus when determining whether you cohort qualifies for Ludus Benefits.

Morituri Benefits 'Will of Antony' - Passive Ability - Models in you cohort remove all fatigue during a clear turn.

Question: With Noxius special rule and the cohort above, does Noxius gain access to Will of Antony [or Offering] or does he just allow it to be accessed by the other two true Morituri members?

Will of Antony and Offering do not require Morituri to take effect.

If you were to add, say, Gaius Pallidus to the previous list, you would see the following:

• Noxius makes 3/4 = 75%
• Gaius Pallidus and Noxius are affected by Will of Antony
• Gaius Pallidus and Noxius may be selected for Offering
• Cleopatra's Gift cannot trigger Noxii or Undying
