I was thinking that too. But so far, all the subfactions have had different types of selection criteria. So I feel like they probably won't just use the same model again in the future... most likely they will think of something completely different again. But you never know...

Any idea of when the normal release will be? He was sold out at Adepticon, so I had no luck there. Can't find anything official even stating he exists.

That’s what I’m saying, they’ll do one or two more single models that’ll give different Ludus benefits without having the need to create entirely new factions. Not that I’m opposed to new factions, I’m just talking about possibilities here.

For the record, the rules for Ladon the Lizard are now available in the webstore, along with the models for him and Cato. Pretty neat, toxic breath and all. I could see myself ordering them soon...

Ladon's pretty cool. Of the mounts, he's faster and the only one with 6 ATK. He's very average (bland) in terms of survivability, but still better than some. His damage output is pretty average even after noxious breath, though pretty good for a mount. It falters at the 4 success range (though he gets a lot of utility there). The bigger deal is the buff, particularly since he's pretty much by definition buffing Cato. Really quite exciting and a good reminder I need to get around to make a Beastiae collection and then declare it Moritori.

Oh man, I am sooo stoked for these two!

Drooling over here, myself. Need a paycheck to arrive so I can order these two, Ywain/Dex, and Hroka/Caho-Ta... More mounts!

Also, over on Facebook AR just mentioned that there is a bear named Ursus incoming - as yet in the artwork phase, but still awesome.

I am very excited about a bear. I wanted a bear to be the Legio mount.
