I had been planning to upgrade to Crassus, but unfortunately couldn't spare the money at the time. So I had to stick with Ludus Ultimus. I decided I wanted to have three playable Ludi, and chose Blood Brothers (my favourite), Ludus Magnus and Legio XIII.

Blood Brothers

Frigge - my favourite piece of Mars artwork, her sculpt also looks like it does her justice (I like how the proportions of the shield were maintained).
Sven - his sculpt looks a little odd, but I think it will look great in the flesh.
Vargr - had my doubts with the art, but the sculpt sold me.
Hroka - her artwork looks great even unfinished, but it was MIKH who sealed the deal.

Ludus Magnus

Urbicus - my favourite LM model, love his backstory.
Iason - artwork looks grea, hopefully the sculpt is too.
Viatrix - Like the artwork, plus Partick Masson's work looks amazing.
Marcus Furius - wasn't sure about him, but looking at Patrick Masson's work sold me.
Septimus - MIKH, need I say more
Otho - The toenails speak for themselves.

Legio XIII

Aemilia - Initially wasn't sure about her sculpt, but it grew on me.
Ban-Luca - I think everyone is anxious to see how this one turns out
Urien - this was the final choice I made (alternatievs were Hermes, Aquila or Infleix), but I decided to take a chance on him.
Gaius - it was him or Bjarrvhit, and even though I love Blood Brothers (and she looks great too), I had my doubts about how she'd look sculpted so went with the safer option. I like Gaius' sculpt, especially the face, butwon't know if I made the right choice till I see Bjarrvhit.

Choosing a Titan was very difficult. The Wendigo is my favourite piece of art, and I love the sculpt, but it was also cheaper and I wanted my monies worth. Since MIKH was doing Septimus and Nero, I decided to go with them. However, I did have some money to spare (well, I say "spare" =P), so I decided to get something else. Once I remembered that MIKH was doing Hroka, I decided to pick up her as well, that way I have both mounted and dismounted versions of Septimus and Hroka. Overall, I'm very happy with my choices, and still have a few things to look forward to picking up later.

I keep forgetting to grab the entire list of dudes I grabbed, I seem to only look at this thread while I'm at work. I do know that I'm going to definitely pick up the remaining models in the months following their general release. and keep up on future releases.

so, I won't be able to trade lupa in the pledge, and that's fine - is Lupa completely kickstarter only, or is this a kickstarter-exclusive sculpt of a model that will be released later?

Also got the playmat, because I don't know if I'll have the time to make my own, or if I do it can be crazy and different.

My idea was if I get 3 from each faction I can either have mono-faction small battles or 5v5 battles with the majority of one faction (and bend the rules a little and let them get faction bonuses for 3/5). Also, Leo just looks awesome.

my only regret was not pledging in a little extra to get Gaius Pallidus, which left my L13 feeling a little short compared to the rest, but, my jupiter selections were based on my favorite (at the time) sculpts, and my mars selections were all the models I liked best, unfortunately Aemillia didn't make the cut (this time!).

I have loved the look of the Blood Brothers from the beginning. Especially the Frigge concept. Really want to add Hroka/Hroka mounted but waiting until I see more of the model.

Waiting to see more of the monster models. Some of them look good in concept. I am interested in Leo for one.

I also got an extra dice set.
If i could spent more i would definetly get Septimus and Nero, some Leo's and pillars.
Hope my painting skill will be better when i get these models.
For now i will train my fleshtones on my newly arrived zombicide models.
Although these are a bit smaller and missing some detail.
