I personally am just hoping that the use the likely delay in delivery of models to give themselves more time to playtest the rules and really hones down this game. Though I was looking forward to getting a bunch of beautiful minis right around my birthday.

Delays are a pain but a more refined end product will well worth the wait.

I've been meaning to post in this thread for a few days now. But life keeps getting in the way

I'm glad to see people so eager to get their hands on this game and its minis.
I'm also glad to see that people are worried about our delivery date and not the quality of what we are producing.

Let me say that we are still aiming to ship in December. Our team is working extremely hard to be as close to that estimated delivery date as possible.
Cliche as it sounds, we really don't want to rush sub-par products out the door, and will delay if necessary, but hopefully not for long and with a heavy heart.

Walker, Nick and I began working on Arena Rex back in 2011. It's been quite the journey so far. Made more interesting by the support of over 1000 of you.
This is still a labor of love, and we want Arena Rex in your hands as much as you do.

Our scheduling of sculpting and casting is still based around a December ship date. As of right now it is doable. If currently scheduled sculpts in August and September take longer than anticipated we may have to push back, but until that does or doesn't happen we won't know. If we do have to push back, we will let you know as soon as we do. Right now, however, we are still shooting for a December ship date.

Looking forward to it! As others have said, I'm more than happy to wait a few extra months for everything to be flawless rather than potentially rushed.

Especially since I/we now have play test rules to hold us over until then!
