Similiar question like Otho vs Lupa...

On Otho's card, the ability Mentulus states that enemy engaged models cannot spend Favour. Hermes ability Aegis of Fame says that the enemy MUST spend 1 Favor attack. So i would say Otho isnt able to attack Hermes either Hermes Last Man Standing right?

Correct, according to the RAW Otho can attack Hermes only if Otho is Last Man Standing .
