Hi,

Played a couple of games over the weekend and a query over the Tireless ability for Urbicus. During a clear turn is he able to utilise this ability if he moves from Exhausted to Fatigued?

We said he could not but wanted to check.

During a clear turn you do not activate a model as normal. So in this case it isn't the fatigue that is stopping Urbicus from activating.
If a Tactic or Passive Ability that allowed you to activate a model during the clear turn were added to the game, then yes he would be able to.
