One more:
(page 3) It seems like Exhausted Gaining and Removing Fatigue contradicts the rules for clear turn and Recover. (I guess this one is a more of a statement...)

Could you point me to the contradiction you're seeing? The only one I'm aware of for Exhausted is how it interacts with Berserk. Thanks...=)
